The government agency UWV was looking for a platform, both mobile as well as web based, where jobseekers can directly view vacancies online and get in touch with the employers.
Through Twitter, questions are directly sent to the UWV and employers and jobseekers could communicate online with each other. Besides, LiveWall held the social media training to help jobseekers to learn how to deal with social media.
This new way of looking for work was considered very positive by employers and employees. This is confirmed by a tripling of the number of initial conversations between job seekers and employers.
